Recommendation Reports
These reports help small
businesses and entrepreneurs identify either (1) ways to
improve Website effectiveness or (2) how to best
proceed with a specific business area or project. As
part of each report, you will receive suggested
resources to carry out the recommendations and
specific first steps for getting started
with each recommendation.
These custom reports are written specifically
for your business, and do not use a "cookie
cutter" approach. Each recommendation is developed
with your unique situation and business objectives
in mind.
The Web
Presence & Marketing Analysis Report helps
small businesses and entrepreneurs identify ways to
improve Website effectiveness. Bobette will analyze
your current situation and identify potential
opportunities for improvement. Areas she will
evaluate include:
- Marketing performance as compared to your
stated business objectives.
- Effect of current and past marketing
activities.
- Competitor identification/evaluation.
- Topline SEO results.
- Recommendations for specific marketing
programs.
- Any other marketing-related issues of interest
to you.
The Project Analysis & Recommendation Report is
much like the Web Presence & Marketing Analysis
Report except it addresses a specific area of your
business or project. Bobette will analyze your
current plan or situation as it relates to the
project/business area and provide specific marketing
recommendations.
The Process
In order for Bobette to get a clear picture of
your business situation and so that you fully
understand the recommendations being made, we follow a
three-step process:
- Complete Initial Questionnaire. These
initial questions are designed to help Bobette
understand your business better and to complete
the Web presence analysis with your unique
business in mind. The more information she has,
the more specific the evaluation and
recommendations will be.
- Develop Analysis. After the initial
questionnaire is complete, analysis will take
approximately two to three weeks. When the
report is complete, Bobette will email the
report to you and send a bound hard copy through
the mail.
- Recommendations Review.
After you have read the report, you will have
the option of reviewing the report by email, in
person (if practical) or telephone for a single
30- to 45-minute session and asking any questions
you may have about the report content.
$245.00 for each report (Due in advance, before step 1).
